Scope
This Privacy Policy describes the information practices visible in the current WebCanBe website implementation and the ways to contact WebCanBe about privacy questions. It applies to the public website and project-inquiry experience.
Information you choose to send
The project inquiry interface currently asks for a name, email address, project brief or message, and a selected production-support need. We use information you choose to send to understand and respond to an inquiry. You can also contact WebCanBe by email at hello@webcanbe.com.
When hydrated, the project inquiry form submits to a Framer-hosted form endpoint. No local CRM, database, email API, or automation integration is present in the retained production code, and the provider’s processing and retention details are not configured in this workspace. Do not send sensitive information through the public form or email unless it is necessary for the inquiry.
Technical information
When a website is requested, hosting and delivery infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, user agent, timestamp, referrer, and requested resource for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. The local production files do not specify the hosting provider’s logging configuration or retention period.
Cookies, analytics, and storage
The retained Framer export includes a Framer-provided events.framer.com/script?v=2 resource in page markup. Its event behavior, identifiers, and retention are not configured or documented in this workspace, so this policy does not characterize those provider practices beyond their presence in the export.
No first-party document.cookie writer or consent manager was found in the active page code. Shared Framer runtime code contains a locale-preference localStorage branch, but no locale switcher or active production path using it was verified. Browser, hosting, CDN, or third-party delivery behavior may still use technical storage or cookies outside the application code.
How information is used

Sharing and service providers
No advertising, session-replay, CRM, payment, or newsletter provider was identified in the active local production flow. The Framer-hosted form endpoint is described above. Hosting, delivery, email infrastructure, and the Framer-provided resources may process information as part of their own services. Their exact providers, locations, and retention practices are not specified in this workspace.
Retention and security
WebCanBe has not defined a fixed website-form retention period in this implementation. Information submitted through the form may be retained by the form provider and, if an inquiry is handled through an operational mailbox or hosting logs, for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, security, operational, or legal purpose. No specific security certification is claimed; internet communications are not guaranteed to be completely secure.

WebCanBe may need to verify a request and may not be able to act where a limitation applies under applicable law.

The website is intended for a general professional audience and is not directed to children. Links to other websites are governed by the linked site’s own practices.
